LISA® Business Suite is a set of cloud-based subscription management add-on to Dynamics 365 platform business applications.  They are designed to enable organization of all sizes generate predictable, repeating revenue and ever-increasing customer lifetime value while reducing costs. They work across multiple industries and geographies.  With LISA companies can transform their revenue streams, manage and scale a subscription business, automate the entire quote to cash process for recurring contracts and subscriptions including quoting, metering, charging, collecting, and supporting allocations, accruals and revenue recognition. LISA enables organizations to increase substantially the net worth of their company and garner greater lifetime value of their customers, while easing the pain of transitioning from a capex-driven to an opex-driven revenue model.

Pricing

All LISA products incur a Start-up fee. This is a one-time charge that includes onboarding, access to the portals and eLearning sites, and the management of support.

LISA products are licensed according to the models and criteria in the below table:

The per user model is predicated on the number of licensed users in the underlying Dynamics 365 Business application. 

For LISA Business – the underlying application is D365 Business Central, and the license types are Essential and Premium full users. 

For LISA Reach – the underlying applications are the D365 Customer Engagement Apps (Sales, Customer Service, and Project Operations) and the license types are user and device.

In addition to the above, there is also a capacity license component.  These carry an entitlement to a number of allotted ‘Actions’ that can be consumed monthly or in some cases yearly depending on the option selected.  Actions are the counted units that are generated to automate each step in the subscription lifecycle. The value is based on automated actions, such as:

  • Generated sales order invoice lines
  • Revenue recognition actions
  • Generate security deposit request
  • Request for deposit payment 
  • Generate purchase order
  • Cost recognition actions
  • Renewal approval 
  • Monitoring of entitlement usages in project and meterage

 

LISA BusinessPro is based on the following three plans for each instance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations:

  1. Essential plan. This plan is based on a maximum of 1,000 actions per month and grants access to LISA BusinessPro Finance only. 20 support hours per year are included.
  2. Professional plan. This plan is based on a maximum of 2,500 actions per month and grants access to LISA BusinessPro Finance and Retail only. 60 support hours per year are included.
  3. Elite plan. The Elite plan is based on a maximum of 8,000 actions per month and grants access to all LISA BusinessPro applications (Finance, Retail, and Services). 100 support hours per year are included. 

If you need additional actions per month, you must upgrade to the higher plan.  The Elite plan has the following add-ons:

  1. Enable yearly roll-up of actions. Roll up your actions count yearly instead of monthly. Enables your subscription business to deal with periodic action fluctuations without the need to buy more action add-ons before consuming all your annual action entitlements. This add-on can be licensed only in addition to the Elite plan.
  2. Additional action pack of 2,000 actions monthly.  This action pack can be used in conjunction with the yearly roll-up add-on above.
