It provides a centralized platform to manage various HR activities and enables HR teams to focus on strategic initiatives that contribute to the organisation’s success.

Key functionality includes;

  1. Employee Management: Dynamics 365 allows you to maintain a centralised employee database, which includes information such as personal details, employment history, job roles, compensation, benefits, and qualifications. It provides a 360-degree view of each employee and enables efficient management of employee records.
  2. Organisational Management: The system helps in managing the organisational structure and hierarchies. It allows you to define departments, job positions, teams, and reporting relationships within the organisation. This information provides a clear understanding of the organisational structure and facilitates various HR processes.

It empowers employees to take control of their HR-related activities and reduces administrative overhead.
  4. Recruitment and Onboarding: The system supports the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management. It allows managers and employees to track performance, document achievements, identify areas for improvement, and conduct performance evaluations.

It provides the ability to define and administer benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Dynamics 365 can also calculate payroll information and integrate with external payroll systems.
