Overview
This is an overview of Email Templates in D365 for Marketing.
In Dynamics 365
Email templates in D365 Marketing not only saves the email layout, brand colours and the company’s overall look and feel. They also encapsulate several other back-end settings like email settings, or send settings that can bring ease to marketing email creation.
Currently Microsoft offers over 10 different marketing templates which users can further configure to create their own unique emails. D365 allows users to save and re-use their templates, which helps company’s stay consistent with their brand identity and communication.
It is important to note that there is a limit of 128 KB on email messages being sent out from D365.
