This is an overview of the Social Post functionality in D365.

Social Posts is a one-stop-shop for all things social media marketing. Dynamics 365 Marketing Social Posts can schedule and post messages directly to your organisation’s accounts on social media sites. Currently, D365 can post to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. Please note, in order to post to Instagram, the account must be a business account and connected to a company’s Facebook Page.
Below is an example of creating a social post. Once social media accounts are configured in the system, you are able to post as many posts as you’d like. All that is needed to schedule posts is the Name (D365 Record purposes), Social Media Channel, Social Media Account, the Description and the Media.
Once a social post is created and scheduled the record will be created in the Social Post Calendar. Having the schedule board helps create consistent streams of content across multiple social channels. Once the post is live, marketers are conveniently presented with data on audience interactions, comments and shares.
