Overview
Playbooks in D365 Sales can be used to guide team members on how to respond to events in a consistent manner. For example when pursuing an opportunity the decision maker leaves the company, the playbook can define the organisation’s best practice response. Playbooks can also be used to streamline and automate recurring tasks (such as contract renewal)
